glasgow accies

Our primary purpose is to act as a presence in the London area, but encompassing the southern counties of England, for the purpose of a focal point for Glasgow Accies residing in the area.  We have an Annual Dinner, a President’s Cocktail Party, teams entered into the London Scottish Schools’ Golf Day and we entertain the School Shooting Team during their annual visit to Bisley.  In addition, we have participated in dinners / dances / cocktail parties, organised in the recent past by the London Scottish Schools Group (possibly now defunct).  We also act as a liaison between the Parent Body in Glasgow and Accies in the South of England, and part of that has involved raising funds to create a Bursary to ensure a student can attend the School in Glasgow.  We have over 300 names on our database, some of whom are regular attendees at our events and others from time to time.
